Returns and Refunds Policy

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the merchandise to Jambstopper within 30 days. We, in our discretion, will repair it, replace it, or refund your money.

Jambstopper’s Return Policy

Jambstopper reserves the right to refuse or limit the number of returns permitted without valid receipts. No returns for purchases made with checks will be made if you have outstanding checks with Jambstopper. Jambstopper may require valid picture ID (state driver’s license, state ID card or military ID) for any return.

These remedies are your exclusive remedies. All other remedies are hereby excluded. All warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are expressly excluded. The exclusions herein are subject to and may be limited by applicable law and you may have additional rights that vary from state to state.

The original shipping charges incurred on your purchase are not refundable as part of your return or exchange.

Be sure to also include all original packing materials, manuals and accessories with the item.

Shipping Errors or Damage

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to a shipping error, missing item or damage to due to shipping and you qualify for a return or exchange under Jambstopper’s Return Policy, Jambstopper may offer to pick up your return. Please call us by email at customercare@jambstopper.com within three days of receiving the item to report the error or damage. Please include a picture of the damaged item.

If you receive a product you are dissatisfied with simply call us by email at customercare@jambstopper.com. One of our customer service representatives will provide you with information about obtaining a refund, repair or exchange for the item under our Return Policy as well as instructions on handling your return. Please attach your invoice to the email when you send your email.
